Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between FOOQUS (CVR: 41868724) and the customer. By creating an account and using the platform, you accept these terms.

2. Services

FOOQUS provides digital marketing and content services, including content plans, copy, strategy advice and access to our platform. The specific services depend on the chosen plan.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in DKK excluding VAT
• Payment is made monthly in advance by invoice or card
• Late payment incurs interest under the Danish Interest Act
• FOOQUS reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice

4. Subscription and cancellation

• Subscriptions run monthly and renew automatically
• You can cancel with effect from the end of the current month
• Cancellation must be made in writing to support@fooqus.com
• Periods already paid for are not refunded on cancellation

5. Delivery

Content is delivered digitally via the FOOQUS platform. We aim to deliver within the agreed time frame, typically within 48 hours after onboarding.

6. Rights to content

The customer obtains full rights of use to all produced content upon payment. FOOQUS reserves the right to use anonymised examples in marketing material, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of liability

FOOQUS is not liable for indirect loss, consequential damage or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid in the last 3 months.

8. Confidentiality

FOOQUS treats all customer information confidentially and does not share data with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the services.

9. Disputes

The agreement is governed by Danish law and applicable EU law. Any disputes are settled by the court in Copenhagen.
